Sign in to BotLinkd and use the App Key and Auth Key assigned to the relevant API or connected platform configuration.
Can I call the API from browser JavaScript?
Do not expose App Keys or Auth Keys in frontend code. Send requests through your protected backend, serverless function or trusted integration layer.
What recipient format should I use?
Use the international number format accepted by the connected account, generally country code followed by the subscriber number without spaces.
When should I use a template?
Use an approved template whenever WhatsApp rules require business-initiated template messaging.
Can I send images, banners, video and PDF files?
Yes, supported approved template headers can use direct public HTTPS media URLs. The header type must match the approved template.
Does API acceptance guarantee delivery?
No. An accepted request means processing was accepted. Delivery, reading or failure depends on WhatsApp, account configuration, eligibility and the recipient.
Does BotLinkd support audio and live voice notes?
Yes. Audio and live voice-note capabilities are supported where enabled for the account and integration.
Does this documentation include WhatsApp Web APIs?
No. It covers only integrations built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform Cloud API.
