1. Account Registration & Security

To access the platform, you must register for an account. By doing so, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete business information.
• Maintain the security of your password and API tokens (App Key/Auth Key).
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Note: The Shopify app itself is provided free of charge. Any subscription fees mentioned here apply only to BotLinkd’s standalone SaaS services, not to the Shopify App Store.

3.1 Pricing: Our services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Annually). Current rates are detailed on our Pricing Page.

3.2 Payments: Fees are billed in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription term.

3.3 Refunds: As we offer a comprehensive free trial, all payments are final. Please review our detailed Refund & Cancellation Policy before upgrading.

4. Data Protection & Privacy

Your privacy is paramount. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to:

• The processing of your data to transmit messages via Meta's Cloud API.
• The storage of your chat history (if enabled) on our secure servers.
• We will never sell your customer data to third parties.

5. Service Availability (SLA)

We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, BotLinkd utilizes the WhatsApp Business API, which is a third-party service provided by Meta. We are not responsible for:

• Downtime caused by Meta/WhatsApp server outages.
• Message delivery failures caused by the recipient's phone being offline.
• Bans imposed on your number by WhatsApp due to policy violations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotLinkd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business reputation, arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard; access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
