Are Meta / WhatsApp charges included in a BotLinkd plan?

BotLinkd subscription charges cover the platform features and WhatsApp API Usage Limit shown for your plan. Meta / WhatsApp charges are separate and follow Meta's then-current pricing and policies. BotLinkd does not control those charges and adds no markup to Meta rates.

Where can I view incoming WhatsApp media, and how long is it available?

Open Left Menu → Assets → Gallery to view supported incoming images, videos, voice notes/audio, documents and stickers associated with your WhatsApp contacts. Media may need to be loaded from Meta before viewing. Incoming chat media expires 45 days after receipt; eligible stored files are automatically removed by scheduled cleanup. Text conversation records are not deleted by this media-retention process. See the Privacy Policy for retention details, including files reused separately.

What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?

Monthly billing charges the selected monthly plan price. Yearly billing charges the fixed annual price displayed for the selected plan and currency. Yearly prices are configured separately from monthly prices and may be lower than twelve monthly payments.

Can I create and send WhatsApp message templates from BotLinkd?

Yes. BotLinkd supports creating, syncing and sending approved WhatsApp message templates from the platform, subject to Meta approval and WhatsApp Business Platform policies.

Do all plans include automation, AI and human handover?

Yes. The listed plans include automation, auto-replies, AI chatbot tools, conversation memory and human agent handover. Plan-specific limits such as AI credits, WhatsApp Chatbot Flows, team members and datasets vary by tier.

Do all plans include Commerce, webhooks and pre-built integrations?

Yes. Every listed BotLinkd plan includes access to Commerce features such as Catalog & Products and Catalog Orders, External Webhooks, and the available pre-built integration catalog. Plan-specific usage limits, API endpoint limits, third-party credentials and integration-specific setup requirements still apply.

Can I cancel my BotLinkd subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your BotLinkd subscription from your account. Service remains available until the end of the current paid billing period, subject to the applicable subscription terms.

What if I need a WhatsApp API Usage Limit above 50,000 / month?
