1. The 10-Day Risk-Free Trial

We believe you should only pay for software that delivers results. That is why we offer a comprehensive 10-Day Free Trial. Our WhatsApp Cloud API integration connects in seconds, allowing you to test the full capability of the platform instantly.

No Credit Card Required: You can sign up and start testing immediately without entering payment details.
Full Feature Access: You get access to the full suite (Chatbots, Broadcasting, Team Inbox) to evaluate if it fits your business.
Zero Obligation: If BotLinkd isn't right for you, simply let the trial expire. You will not be charged.

2. Our No-Refund Position

⚠️ Important: Because we provide a fully functional, restriction-free 10-day trial, we do not offer refunds once a subscription payment has been processed.

We provide the trial period specifically so you can make an informed decision before you commit. Please review our Pricing Plans and features carefully.

Once a monthly or annual plan is active:

We do not offer refunds for "change of mind."
We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time if you cancel mid-cycle.
We cannot refund Meta Conversation Charges (these are paid directly to WhatsApp/Meta and are non-refundable by them).

3. Cancellation Policy

You remain in full control of your account. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

How to Cancel: Log in to your Dashboard > Billing > Click "Cancel Subscription."
Effect of Cancellation: Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current pre-paid billing cycle. After that date, your account will revert to free/inactive status.

4. Policy Violations & Account Suspension

As an official Meta Verified Tech Provider for the WhatsApp Business Platform, we are required to enforce Meta’s Commerce and Business Policies strictly.

If your account is found to be:

Sending unsolicited spam or scams.
Violating Meta's Commerce Policies (e.g., selling prohibited items like drugs or weapons).
Using the platform for harassment or abuse.

Your account will be terminated immediately without notice. In such cases of policy violation, no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
